Happy Housewarming

Saturday night, we had a housewarming party that turned into a Big 12 Championship watch party. We had planned it that way, so it all worked really well. We had about 35 people over and there was still plenty of room. Our new house is definitely made for entertaining.

This is our living room. Back behind Luis' head where the mirror is on the wall, is the front door. It's kind of hard to see all the people in red sitting on the red couches!

This is the view from our front door. The room on the far side of the pic, is our office area with Luis' computer. It also opens into the kitchen. Our fireplace is double sided and opens up into the dining room.

This is our dining room/kitchen area. The dining room is so large that it just swallows our table.

So anyway, we had a great time. We received more gift cards and just about have enough to get Luis a grill. He's dying to have one and we've been saving all of our Home Depot cards just for that. Maybe if he's good, Santa will bring him one for Christmas!
