Please be praying for me and Luis. Luis lost his job this past week and it really couldn't have happened at a worse time. We are trying to count it as a blessing in disguise, seeing that we've been wanting to get away from Taco Bell for awhile, but it was just an ugly situation. We've been sending out tons of resumes but haven't heard anything yet. Thanks in advance!!

Kim, just remember God sees the BIG picture and we only see a small section of it. I will be praying for y'all. Keep the faith...God will provide!!

pray extra hard this week!! we may have made a connection at church with a VERY popular restaurant here in town that we know is looking for a general manager. it would be a great deal if it happens!

we now have 2 interviews; friday with applebee's and monday with bennigen's. both are for GM positions!!!

we have a job offer on the table! we ended up interviewing with sonic on saturday and they offered him a GM position but we're waiting to see what happens tomorrow. luis interviews with bennigen's and luis' best man, eli, is interviewing with sonic also on monday. if eli gets hired with sonic, that's probably where we'll end up also.

still haven't heard anything. we're waiting to hear from bennigen's which should be tomorrow. otherwise, the offer from sonic is still on the table. we just really want out of fast food!! jodi-i'm so glad that you posted a comment so that now i can access your page.
